But in real sense, they just needed Nagato because Madara had implanted his Rinnegan in Nagato but Yahiko refuses to accept Obito's offer. Obito claims that he will eventually accept his offer. Obito learns that Hanzo and Danzo Shimura are planning to kill Akatsuki's leader Yahiko. Obito manipulates Nagato to get new members to recruit him to catch the tailed beast. Obito names himself Toby and joins Akatsuki to hide his real identity from everyone. Obito tells himself that he is Madara and comes to Kisame and promises to make her a world of truth.
